American Heritage Protective Services of Alsip, Illinois is proud to announce that its Executive Vice President/Shareholder, Stephen J. Pollak has been accepted as a corporate member of the Executives’ Club of Chicago.
The Executives’ Club is the oldest business forum in the Midwest and for the 11th consecutive year has been selected as one of the three most prestigious business forums in the United States by Washington-based "Top Speaking Forums" organization. Its membership reflects a "Who's Who" of Chicago business representing 1,950 senior executives, upcoming middle management, and professionals. Membership in The Executives' Club of Chicago is by invitation only and sponsorship is by current members.
Mr. Pollak has been associated with American Heritage Protective Services since its inception, as a shareholder and staff member; before assuming his current responsibilities as a full-time member of the AHPS Executive Team in 2003.
Before moving into the private sector, Mr. Pollak had a lengthy tenure as a public servant, first as a teacher at A.A. Stagg High School in Palos Hills, Illinois and then fulfilling a boyhood dream of becoming a police officer. He served a total of 25 years as a decorated member of the Mokena (Illinois) Police Department, having risen through the ranks, culminating his tenure in public service by serving 14 years as Chief of Police in Mokena.
Mr. Pollak holds a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, and is a graduate of the 162nd Session of the FBI National Academy.
